Employees may apply for assistance through the T.E.A.M. Fund once per calendar year. All requests are confidential. You can learn more about the application process here.
Due to finite financial resources, submitting an application for assistance from the T.E.A.M. Fund does not guarantee an award of funds and some requests may only be partially funded.
The T.E.A.M. Committee meets no less than quarterly but may meet more frequently, depending on the urgency of a submitted grant application. Once a decision has been reached, the applicant will be notified as soon as possible.
Grant decisions are based on the applicant’s stated reason for needing assistance, the purpose of the assistance, the amount of assistance, and the alternative community resources available to the applicant. Applicant names are removed from the application during the review process and are not a part of the consideration. Misrepresentation of a request for assistance may be cause for discipline up to and including termination. You can learn more about the application here.
No, you do not need to submit any supplemental documents with your application form. You may, however, be contacted by the T.E.A.M. Committee for additional, relevant documentation during the review process. You can learn more about the review process here.
